What is the return policy?

We hope you like all the items you buy from Aylin Mona, but if something doesn’t work, we are here to help you!

All purchased items can be returned within 30 days. Make sure the items are not worn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging, including the label attached to the item.

See below for exceptions and rules:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customers will not be accepted for return.
  • The original label must be attached and intact.
  • If you think you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
  • We do not accept the return of the final sale product. The final sale product meets one of the following criteria:
    • Underwear, jewelry, and all other products in "accessories."
    • Any product marked with a discount of 50% or more at the time of sale.
    • Please note: The item will show as the final sale when it is placed in the shopping cart, and it will also show as the final sale on the receipt attached to the order.
  • We reserve the right to not issue a refund if it does not fit the terms of our Returns Policy. 
  • We will refund you the price that you paid for the product by the method that you used for payment, or you can request store credit.
  • Please note that the cost of the returns must be paid for by the customer. Initial shipping costs are also not refunded.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer exchanges. This is due to our fast-moving stock, and we cannot guarantee that your size would be available. Items can be returned within 30 days, and a new order can be placed for your item of choice.

We also offer store credit. You can return your items to us in exchange for store credits; please indicate this in your return form. You can use the store credit on the website once it is issued to you.

Can items be returned outside of the return period?

We are very sorry; we are unable to take back items after the return period. Orders sent outside the return period would be automatically sent back to the customer.

How do I carry out a return?

Please send us message about return and product info. If you wish to use another means to send the items, please use a tracked service, and the postage is intact until the final refund is issued.

Only if the item is incorrectly shipped by us, we will pay for the return shipping cost. First, the product must be received and approved with a receipt.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items or order. The postage of returning the item is non-refundable. Please return the goods using recorded delivery to ensure that the items don't get missing in transit. If peradventure you have lost your invoice, please ensure that the order number or order name is included in the parcel.

I've lost the packaging / my invoice, can I still return it? 

If you have lost the original packaging, please return the order to us in non-see-through, waterproof packaging.

If you have misplaced your invoice, please include a note inside your parcel along with any information that may help us identify your order (name, order number, email address, etc.). We are unable to issue refunds for items returned to us without any identification inside the parcel.

I haven’t gotten my refund

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. But we ask that you give us up to 14 days from the receipt of the item for a refund to be issued to you. We do not send any emails when dealing with returns of items to the office but be sure to get a confirmation email once we issue you a refund. Refunds are sent back to the same means of payment you use for the original purchase. The funds can take 3 to 7 working days for them to get to your account.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

Please send us an email as soon as possible in case you have received the wrong item. Also, include your order number and some images of the items you received.
